Die Werkstätte Digitale Fotografie dient der Erforschung künstlerischer Fotografie. Es stehen ein Fotostudio, Computerarbeitsplätze sowie ein Druck- und Scanbereich zur Verfügung. Basiswissen ist nicht erforderlich, Engagement sehr wohl gefordert. Wir legen großen Wert auf eine angenehme Arbeitsumgebung. Kommunikation ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil unserer Arbeit.
Die Werkstätte unterstützt nach Voranmeldung alle immatrikulierten Studierenden der Universität bei der fotografischen Umsetzung ihrer Projekte im Studio, bei der Anfertigung großformatiger Pigmentdrucke in Galeriequalität, sowie bei Flachbett- und Filmscans.

At the digital photography lab we give support in exploring the technical aspects of photography. The lab has a studio space as well as computers, scanners and a fine art printing area. No photographic knowledge is required to use the workshop, we are going to help and support you, but we expect you to participate proactively.
The digital photography lab supports each registered student of die Angewandte with taking photos in the studio, scanning, retouching and fine art printing. You only have to make an appointment in order to get access.

We are here to help you with getting your (photo)things done in our studio. Considering the flashes, the light shapers, the cameras and the space we have, there is hardly anything we can’t shoot. Generally we shoot product, fashion, objects, as well as portraits or art reproductions. Feel free to contact us if you have any doubts about your project.

Digitaldruck
Lichtechter Pigmentdruck auf Rolle in den Breiten 110 bzw. 160 cm, auf Blattware in A3+ bis A2. Es können unterschiedlichste Papiere bzw. Medien bedruckt werden, Medienmuster sind verfügbar und können bei der Terminvereinbarung bzw. direkt beim Drucktermin ausgesucht werden. Die Drucke sind bei Abholung bar zu bezahlen.

We offer a wide range of fine art papers and other materials such as foil and canvas. With our printers, we can produce true-color, gallery-quality prints on rolls up to a maximum width of 160cm and on A3+/A2 sheets. Prints are to be paid in cash upon collection.

Scan &/ Bildbearbeitung
von Aufsichtsvorlagen aller Art (Fotos, Texte, Handzeichnungen, etc.) bis DIN A3. Für Durchlichtvorlagen (Dias und Negative von Kleinbild bis 4×5 Inch) können hochwertige Einzelscans angefertigt werden. Die anschließende Bildbearbeitung ist zeitintensiver, da Farbkorrekturen, Staub- und Retuschearbeiten anfallen. Professionelle Unterstützung bei der Bildbearbeitung mit Photoshop (Freistellen, Montagen, Farb-/ Kontrastkorrekturen, Aufbereitung für den Druck).

(Wie viele Exemplare werden gedruckt und in welcher Größe, was wird fotografiert, aus welchem Material besteht das Objekt/Bild, gibt es Hair & Make-up,…)

Bitte beachten:
Durchschnittliche Vorlaufzeiten für einen Termin liegen bei ungefähr 1-2 Wochen. Zeitgerechte Terminplanung sichert eine gute Zusammenarbeit für weitere Koordinationen und Folgearbeiten! Bei komplexeren Vorhaben bzw. noch nicht ganz ausgearbeiteten Projekten ist ein Termin zur Vorbesprechung sinnvoll.

Falls ein Termin nicht wahrgenommen werden kann, bitten wir um rechtzeitige Bekanntgabe bzw. Absage. Wenn ein Termin ohne abzusagen nicht eingehalten wird bzw. jemand ohne Anruf zu spät kommt, besteht keinerlei Anspruch! Nach längstens einer halben Stunde ohne Erscheinen, Anruf oder mail gilt der Termin von unserer Seite automatisch als storniert. Termine werden ausschließlich von uns vergeben bzw. erneut vergeben und können in keinem Fall von Student*in zu Student*in gewechselt oder getauscht werden. Nur so können wir ein gutes Arbeitsklima und die professionelle Unterstützung der Studierenden gewährleisten.
